Immaculate, good service, shuttle to airport timely.
Coffee shop was closed, a sign said re-opens at 7 pm but it never did, I waited. Had to get coffee from restaurant which took awhile.

The breakfast while good was highly priced for the value.

This hotel has been renovated and is very pleasing. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit small dating the structure. I had read other reviews and while not originally given a room in the refurbished floor I did receive one upon request. I feel from the response I got from the staff there was clearly a difference. There was no bath soap or shampoo in the bath.

Staff very helpful and kind. Attractive open architecture with registration, restaurant and pool all in an open area. Parking is outdoors and lot is poorly lighted in many parts. Had to walk a pretty long distance to our parking place from the hotel entrance. ...read more

Proximity to interstates, shopping, and restaurants is wonderful.
Surrounding neighborhoods are dangerous and the rooms need serious updating.

This hotel has a very upscale appearance in the lobby. However, it is very old and the rooms are in serious need up updating and deep cleaning. The comforters/bedspreads are not cleaned regularly. The bathrooms are moldy and outdated. No fitted sheet on the bed exposes dirty mattress. ...read more

The hotel lobby and hallways were beautiful.
The rooms were half updated. Some upgrades had been made while there were still areas needed updated.

After finishing upgrading, the hotel would be a 3 1/2 star. However, there were areas that lacked a 3 star status. The staff was awesome at all times. The pool area was resort-like and although we didn't get to use it, it would have been a great experience. ...read more

While this hotel is not in the downtown area, it is only minutes away by car. The hotel was well maintained and extremely clean.
